Delivery

We aim to deliver our nappy cakes within 3-5 working days.

We do keep some designs made and ready to go,  so if you require a nappy cake quickly,  then please call us to check availability.

Standard delivery is £3.95 and free for orders over £50 and this is a 3-5 working day service. Next day delivery is available for orders.  Please contact us for prices for this service.

We currently ship to UK Mainland only when ordering through our website.

This does not include Upper Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order for these areas as additional shipping charges will apply.

Our working week is Mon-Fri there are no courier collections or deliveries on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays.

Our bespoke designs delivery schedule will vary.  We will however inform you of an expected delivery time when you place your order.

Courier Services

We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the courier or royal mail.

This is out of our hands.  You will be sent a tracking number once the courier has been booked, this is for your convenience and for you to check on the progress of your delivery.

Please Note:  All deliveries will require a signature so please make sure you use an address where someone is available to accept your parcel. If no one is available at the delivery address the courier,  may on occasion,  leave with a neighbour or at a local access point for collection.

If a parcel is not collected which results in it being returned to us you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred by us to resend it.

Refunds and Returns

Special Momentz complies with the distant selling regulations and we want to ensure that you,  our customer,  are 100% happy with your purchase.

In the unlikely event you are not, we offer a full refund for any items purchased,  providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and re-sellable condition.

The customer is responsible for the return courier costs and the delivery charge will also not be refunded.

We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns, items over £25 in value need to be insured against loss or damage.

We cannot offer refunds for products that have been lost or damaged where no insurance or proof of delivery has been obtained.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene purposes we do not accept back any tampered with or opened nappy cakes or gifts.
